1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by NexConsult ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided NexConsult offers a range of consulting services including, but not limited to, business strategy, financial consulting, management consulting, and organizational development. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website.

3. Client Obligations
Accurate Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the provision of services. Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate with NexConsult as reasonably required to facilitate the performance of services. 4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party will disclose any such information without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

5. Fees and Payment
Fee Structure: Fees for our services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the Client. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the agreement and are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee as specified in the agreement. 6. Term and Termination
Term: The term of the agreement will be specified in the service agreement. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexConsult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) the Client's use of our services; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexConsult and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's use of our services, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement by the Client, or any other user of the Client's account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexConsult operates.

10. Changes to Terms
NexConsult reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Client's continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
